Testing

We have a wide variety of in house testing equipment for load, torque, electrical continuity, and life cycle testing. Along with our local A2LA accredited testing labs we can arrange for complete chemical, mechanical analysis, for certification and electron scanning microscopic inspection to determine failure modes.

Supply Chain Management

Working closely with our suppliers, production, and your buyers we maintain our stock levels to meet your just in time needs. We offer contracted schedules, spot buys, stocking programs, and will work with you to formulate a plan that best fits your needs.

Assemblies & Packaging

Lewis Spring can also help with your assembly projects. We have supported our customers with many turnkey assemblies involving; metal caps, plastic tubes, & welded molded parts. Our Engineers have also solved many packaging issues with unique designs to maintain part orientation, reduce tangling, and mate with our customer’s automated assembly/insertion equipment.
