Accounting/HR

Seeking experienced, detail oriented, full-time Accountant for our Accounting/HR managing position (the Accounting side is more prominent, as we have few HR issues beyond hiring, training, keeping employee records, and adjusting clock-in times). We are an industrial manufacturing facility dealing mostly with large automotive companies. We currently employ around 75 employees (though some are through labor resource companies and not direct hires).

Requirements:

  • 4yr Degree in Accounting (or related field)
  • Past experience in accounts payable and receivable and collections
  • Past experience in processing payroll (preferred with 75 employees or more)
  • Computer literacy, including MS Excel/Outlook/Word

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Paylocity Payroll system
  • Knowledge of Made2Manage Business software
  • Past experience in industrial manufacturing and/or automotive sector
  • Human Resources experience
