Custom Compression Springs

We manufacture Compression Springs (aka Coil Springs) in a variety of custom shapes, sizes, and end types, from standard to conical to barrel to ground and so on (just see the photo above).  Wire sizes range from 0.008" to 0.196" [0.20mm to 5.00mm]. Special NO-TANGLE packaging is also available upon request.

As with all our custom spring products, compression springs go through an extensive quality process that ensures that each part is made to your exact specifications, with independant inspections taken before, during, and after production. If high precision load tolerances are required, 100% load testing is available.

Our quality standard, IATF 16949:2016, allows you to expect precision automotive quality from prototype to PPAP to production on every order for every customer.
